This Refund & Return Policy explains how ElixorLab handles peptide and research compound orders, including cancellations, shipment issues, damaged packages, and final-sale conditions.
1. Policy Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of peptides and research compounds, all sales on ElixorLab are final.
ElixorLab does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests once an order has been placed, processed, shipped, or delivered. Products sold on this website are intended strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and in vitro use only.
2. Final Sale Products
All peptide and research compound purchases are considered final sale.
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Peptides and research compounds
- Opened, altered, used, or handled products
- Products affected by improper storage after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or misunderstanding of product purpose
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, quantities, shipping information, and research-use notices before placing an order.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with review, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing the condition of the outer and inner packaging
- Photos of the affected product(s)
After review, ElixorLab may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit for verified damaged or incorrect shipments. Refunds are not guaranteed.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, ElixorLab will review tracking details and carrier updates before determining whether further action is appropriate.
In cases where a package is reasonably confirmed as lost by the carrier, ElixorLab may, at its sole discretion, offer reshipment or store credit.
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect customer-provided addresses, customs, or high shipping volumes do not qualify for refunds.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping stages, modifications, cancellations, returns, or refunds are no longer available.
6. Refund Timing
ElixorLab does not offer refunds for peptide and research compound orders except where required by applicable law or approved at ElixorLab’s sole discretion.
If any refund is approved, processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
7. How to Request Support
To submit a shipment-related support request, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant images, packaging photos, or tracking details
